We all communicate advice differently? How do you respond when someone gives it to you straight? Or maybe even a little tough love?
I outline how I handle these types of interactions using two simple steps:
1. Do I trust the person i.e. Do I believe they have my best interest at heart?
2. Own both sides of the conversation, take full responsibility for the sender and the receiver role!
